Use of Music
For valuable consideration received, I hereby grant to Glue, Inc. non-exclusive rights and permission, in respect of the music created or licensed by me and uploaded to bridge.thegluenetwork.com or thegluenetwork.com, to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other art and music, and in conjunction with any printed matter, in any and all media now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever related to www.thegluenetwork.com and bridge.thegluenetwork.com; and to use my name, or the band name, in connection therewith if Glue, Inc. so chooses.
Licensing
Donation of this music does not entitle Glue, Inc. to resell this music to another label or to sell this music for Glue, Inc. profit. Sponsorships in conjunction with downloads of this music and its distribution may however result in profit for Glue, Inc. or other organizations.
I hereby release and discharge Glue, Inc. from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the music, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
This authorization and release shall also insure to the benefit of the heirs, legal representatives, licensees, and assigns of Glue, Inc., as well as the person(s) for whom the music was donated.
I understand that public relations are an important part of the programs put on by Glue, Inc. and of the website, bridge.thegluenetwork.com and www.thegluenetwork.com. On behalf of myself, my heirs and personal representatives, I give Glue, Inc. permission to use and publish my donated songs in whole or in part and photographs taken of me for use in its public relations efforts and for use on the website and other publications.
I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents thereof. This release shall be binding upon me and heirs, legal representative, and assigns.
